ECCLESIASTICAL SOVEREIGNTY STATEMENT

This declaration affirms the ecclesiastical sovereignty, sacred jurisdiction, and spiritual standing of the House of Polanco as a private religious trust and dynastic family sanctuary.

1. Sacred Foundation

HOUSE OF POLANCO was established on June 15, 1998, by Minister Dr. Jacques Polanco El, as an extension of the spiritual covenant rooted in HOUSE OF POLANCO TEMPLE. It exists as a:

• Private ecclesiastical trust

• Ancestral sanctuary

• Intergenerational record of spiritual, cultural, and familial stewardship

2. Jurisdictional Authority

HOUSE OF POLANCO is governed by divine law, ancestral covenant, and spiritual inheritance. We operate:

• Outside of corporate, commercial, or civil jurisdiction

• Under ecclesiastical jurisdiction preserved by:

  • The right to private religious assembly

  • The ecclesiastical protections of spiritual trusts

  • Section 508(c)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code, which affirms our mandatory exemption from federal oversight as a religious body

All documents, rites, seals, declarations, and archives are protected under this spiritual jurisdiction.

3. Sacred Name & Symbols

The name HOUSE OF POLANCO and all related seals, oaths, crests, and sacred rites are:

• Protected intellectual and spiritual property

• Not subject to commercial trademark but to divine covenant

• Reserved for members, descendants, or duly authorized stewards of the House

4. House vs. Temple Distinction

• HOUSE OF POLANCO serves as the cultural, ancestral, and dynastic domain

• HOUSE OF POLANCO TEMPLE serves as the spiritual and religious sanctuary under which ecclesiastical law is invoked

Together, they operate in unified covenant and mutual authority.

5. Recognition of Standing

By publishing this statement and operating in accordance with sacred law and lineage, we:

• Affirm our lawful existence

• Defend our religious rights

• Uphold our trust-based autonomy

• Reject any attempt to interfere with our faith-based administration
